Whether you have a single prototype, or a new product that will have a large production run, we design packaging that is both cost effective and minimizes the possibility of damage. We understand the strengths and limitations of various kinds of packaging material. Our broad knowledge and depth of experience lets us bring the best solution to your specific project.

Here are examples of our most interesting packaging design projects:
Foil Printed Ice Cream Cone Wrappers
The wrapper was losing moisture during shipping, causing the wrappers to curl. The slight curl in the wrappers prevented the cone wrapping equipment from pulling in the wrapper correctly, resulting in poorly packaged product.

Additional Issues: Any solution needed to retain the food-grade cleanliness of the wrappers.
Indiana Shipping Supply designed packaging using a combination of cardboard and moisture control materials sealed within a reusable plastic container. The plastic container prevents humidity from reaching the product and compresses the stack of wrappers to ensure that they arrive perfectly flat. In addition to solving the moisture problem, the reusable containers cut costs and waste.
Sample Pack for Trade Show containing 15 pounds of marble countertop
Box needed to be small, easy to handle, and strong enough that both the box and its contents would survive a trade show.
Indiana Shipping Supply designed a one piece box that could be easily carried in one hand. A special heavy-duty cardboard was chosen to be both light and extremely durable. Use of white cardboard allowed a different marketing message to be printed on each panel of the box.
